Orders & Returns

What is CW’s return and exchange policy?
We stand behind our products and the custom decoration that goes into each and every item. It does not happen often, but if we do make a mistake with your order, we will replace your items immediately. Please review your design and the product size chart prior to ordering, as each order is made individually to your specifications and cannot be resold. For this reason, we cannot exchange or refund orders based on size discrepancy or customer errors (such as spelling, colors, etc) made during customization. If you find a problem with your order, please contact one of our customer service representatives at info@customizedworld.com, or call 1-877-793-1793 within 30 days of receiving your order and we will promptly address the issue.

Shipping charges are not refundable. If you order by phone, check your confirmation email immediately. We will do our best to reflect any changes after the order has been placed, but we cannot guarantee it.

Where do I input my coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, such as USTEN, you may input this code in the "coupon code" section upon check-out. You will see your savings immediately upon clicking on the APPLY button. Only one coupon code is allowed per-purchase.

How do I place an order?
1) You may place an order online by selecting the item, adding it to your shopping bag and using our SAFE & SECURE online checkout. You must "enable cookies" in order to use our SECURE checkout. If your Shopping Bag is saying it is empty when you attempt to add an item then you may need to enable your cookies.

2) You may also call our Toll Free number 1.877.793.1793 any time of the day since we answer phones 24/7. In case we are busy, you can leave a message and we will promptly get back to you.

3) Finally, you may order using a money order by simply printing out your shopping bag and sending it along with a money order for the full amount (to include shipping) to:

What is the Customized World 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
The Customized World Guarantee states that your item will be free of any type of defect. If there is a misprint, typo, alignment issue, or anything...you simply notify us via email or phone and we will arrange for the return of the item and an immediate refund or a replacement item...whichever you desire! We are here to make you happy, so simply let us know what we can do to make this happen and we will!

Our Guarantee also states that we offer the BEST PRICES ON THE WEB. If you find an identical item that is offered at a lower price, we promise to match the price + discount your item 10%! This does not include sale or promotional items.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can I make changes to my order once I've submitted it?
If you desire to change an option within your order, you can contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order and we will make every attempt to modify your order, but we cannot make any guarantees due to our quick turn-around times. Please direct all emails to info@customizedworld.com.

I would like to customize my clothes even more with additional text . Can you do this?

How much do you charge per item or line?
Customized World is proud to offer up to 6 lines of text.  If you need more than this, simply contact us and we will ensure you are able to express yourself exactly as you desire.

When I add items to my Shopping Cart, the screen says my Shopping Cart is empty. Why?
Like many other sites, in order to use our site you must have your JAVASCRIPT ENABLED and ACCEPT COOKIES. To check this, go to TOOLS, then OPTIONS. Within the CONTENT and PRIVACY Tabs in MOZILLA is where you will check/enable these options. If you are using INTERNET EXPLORER, you will go to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS. In the PRIVACY Tab, move this to MEDIUM. Then in the ADVANCED Tab, check the box to JAVA. These steps will enable your JAVASCRIPT and COOKIES and you will have a much more pleasant web shopping experience.

When I try to track my USPS package at www.USPS.com, why is the information not updated?
Customized World ships 99% of all Standard packages within 72 hours. As soon as we submit your package to USPS, it is scanned into their tracking system. Unfortunately, USPS has the tendency to update their tracking information ONLY when the package has arrived at the local sort facility (your post office). Please allow 5 business days from the day we submit your order to USPS for the tracking information to be updated. At which time, you should receive your package the same or next day.

Will my personal information be safe with you?
Customized World will never sell, share, rent or otherwise release your information to other companies or
organizations.  We furthermore use the latest encryption techniques to ensure the highest degree of safety and therefore carry the Yahoo security certificate as proof that your financial information is perfectly safe with Customized World.

If I have an order sent to somebody as a gift, will this person receive an invoice?
No. If you choose the "gift wrap" option, your order will be sent out without an invoice. If you require an invoice for your records, please print out the invoice during the order process or email us and we will send you one by email.

Are your items screen-printed?
Customized World uses a high speed laser to cut intricate and delicate designs from durable fade free material.  You will love the feel and look.

What is the best way to care for my CW clothing?
Customized World offers Care Instructions for each item sold. The Instructions will be located on the tag. We recommend you follow these instructions to best care for your CW product.  We strongly recommend washing your items inside-out in order to preserve the personalized design as long as possible.

How do I return CW Merchandise?
Please refer to the Orders & Returns section for instructions on returning items.

Does CW ship international orders?
Yes. Please refer to our shipping section for more information.

What forms of payment do you take?
Customized World accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Business Check, and Money Orders.

FOR CREDIT & DEBIT CARD ORDERS: Your account will be charged once your order has been processed.

What is the difference between shipping and billing address?
Your shipping address is where you would like us to deliver your order. Your billing address is the same address as that of the credit card you used to place your order.

I noticed that an item I purchased at full price has been marked down. Do you offer price adjustments?
Sorry. We do not offer any price adjustments.

I keep getting an error page, and the site is functioning more slowly than usual. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately at 1-877-793-1793 or  customerservice@customizedworld.com so we can assist you. These situations most likely occur when we occasionally close the site for scheduled maintenance, and we apologize for any inconvenience. The maintenance usually lasts just a short time, so we encourage you to try shopping the site later.

When will my shipment arrive?
Following credit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 10 business days (USPS Standard), 7 business days (USPS Priority) or 5 business days (Express Service).  Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, Holidays or the day of processing which is the 1st business day that the order is received.

Multiple shipments
Customized World is happy to take orders on items in stock, as well as back-ordered items. When this occurs, Customized World will only charge for 1 shipment. You will receive the second shipment as soon as we have it in stock…and pay no additional shipping charge.
