What is CW’s
return and exchange policy?
We gladly
accept returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise that
qualifies for a return or exchange within 30 days
of the original order date. We'll send you another color, a new
size or an entirely different style. If you'd rather have a refund,
we'll also take care of that. The only fee is a 20% restocking charge for orders that do not qualify as a return (plus shipping). Merchandise that does not qualify
for a return/exchange, or merchandise that is returned after 30
days (of the original invoice date) will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All order cancellations will incur a $5.00 charge and must be received within 24 hours of initial ordering.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Please
ensure the accuracy of your entire order before placing your order.
If you order by phone, check your confirmation email immediately.
We will do our best to reflect any changes after the order has been
placed, but we cannot guarantee it.
Reasons
for returns or exchanges are:
- We sent
you a size different from the size you ordered
- We misprinted the design
- The item is defective

For
returns or exchanges:
Send an email to customerservice@customizedworld.com
- fully explain the reason for returning the item(s). You
may either return the item to the return address listed below or
you may send a digital picture with your email to customerservice@customizedworld.com.
This picture must clearly depict the error. Once we validate the
error, we will send you an email and let you know the status of
the replacement item. If we can validate the error through the picture,
then we will process your replacement or issue you a refund without
asking you to return the item. If we ask that you send the item
back, place the merchandise in a box with your "original invoice"
then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below.
Sending it insured mail will offer you proof that your returned
items have been received. Please
allow 2 weeks from the day you return your package for your account
to be credited. We will send out the corrected item...FREE
OF CHARGE! If you do not receive prior approval to send an
item back, we will not accept the returned item(s).

What if
I lost my receipt?
If you
do not have your original receipt, you may return the items without
the original receipt and they will be valued at the current selling
price.

Where do I input my coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, such as USTEN, you may input this code in the "coupon code" section upon check-out. You will see your savings immediately upon clicking on the APPLY button. Only one coupon code is allowed per-purchase.

do you charge per item or line?

When I add items to my Shopping Cart, the screen says my Shopping Cart is empty. Why?
Like many other sites, in order to use our site you must have your JAVASCRIPT ENABLED and ACCEPT COOKIES. To check this, go to TOOLS, then OPTIONS. Within the CONTENT and PRIVACY Tabs in MOZILLA is where you will check/enable these options. If you are using INTERNET EXPLORER, you will go to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS. In the PRIVACY Tab, move this to MEDIUM. Then in the ADVANCED Tab, check the box to JAVA. These steps will enable your JAVASCRIPT and COOKIES and you will have a much more pleasant web shopping experience.
When I try to track my USPS package at www.USPS.com, why is the information not updated?
Customized World ships 99% of all Standard packages within 72 hours. As soon as we submit your package to USPS, it is scanned into their tracking system. Unfortunately, USPS has the tendency to update their tracking information ONLY when the package has arrived at the local sort facility (your post office). Please allow 5 business days from the day we submit your order to USPS for the tracking information to be updated. At which time, you should receive your package the same or next day.
Will my personal
information be safe with you?

World will never sell, share, rent or otherwise release your information

organizations. We furthermore use the latest encryption techniques
to ensure the highest degree of safety and therefore carry the Yahoo

If I have an order
sent to somebody as a gift, will this person receive an invoice?
No. If
you choose the "gift wrap" option, your order will be
sent out without an invoice. If you require an invoice for your
records, please print out the invoice during the order process or
email us and we will send you one by email.
Are your
items screen-printed?
Customized
World uses a high speed laser to cut intricate and delicate designs
from durable fade free material. You will love the feel
and look.
What is
the best way to care for my CW clothing?
Customized
World offers Care Instructions for each item sold. The Instructions
will be located on the tag. We recommend you follow these instructions
to best care for your CW product. We strongly recommend washing
your items inside-out in order to preserve the personalized design
as long as possible.

I return CW Merchandise?

What is
the difference between shipping and billing address?
Your shipping
address is where you would like us to deliver your order. Your billing
address is the same address as that of the credit card you used
to place your order.

that an item I purchased at full price has been marked down. Do
you offer price adjustments?
